We have been training dogs for 20 years
for our Clients throughout Long Island,
and Queens, New York.
We train dogs using praise only. There is never any harsh treatment of the animals. Further, we will instruct the Clients to modify their behavior, as to not mishandle or scream at their dogs,if it should not complete a command properly. Our Clients are shown how to properly correct a dog who disobeys a command, and then move on.
Companion Dog Training instructs dogs and their Owners in the areas of Obedience, using verbal and hand signals, Tracking, Air Scent Discrimination and Service Dogs for the Deaf, Hearing Impaired or the Wheelchair bound. We are Certified through a National Service Dog Organization, as Service Dog Trainers.
All Obedience Training takes place within the dog Owner's home, which places the Owner and the dog at greater ease, during the initial phase of the training.
All dogs must be vaccinated prior to training, which will be verified. |
